What we process and why
We process your name, address, email address, phone number, order and payment details to handle your order, delivery, customer service and accounting. When you visit our website, technical data such as your IP address is processed to operate and secure the site.

Our website uses cookies. Necessary cookies enable the basket, checkout and security, and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how our website is used. You can refuse analytics cookies at any time via , or block cookies in your browser settings.
Recipients
We share data only as necessary with our website host (Lovable), our shop and checkout provider (Shopify) and its payment processors, Swiss Post for delivery, Google for analytics, and our accountant, as well as authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.
Transfers abroad
Some providers process data in the EU, Canada and the USA. The EU and Canada offer adequate data protection. For the USA, we rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep order and accounting data for 10 years as required by law, and other data only as long as needed.
